What Is Cortana Microsoft?
365 Users' Guide to Manage Everything
Users can still use Windows 10 and client applications, but they can now worry-free about managing their work. You can use the Bing search engine, Windows 10 computers, the Edge browser, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote, email and calendar services, Outlook and Exchange, and file services like OneDrive and Forms with any Microsoft 365 price plan. You can use it for anything once it's activated.
Re-enabled Wake Word with Cortana
The wake word has been re-enabled in the latest version of the software. If you're on Windows 10, May 2020 Update, you should update to build 19041.329 or later to use the wake word with Cortana. You can still use the microphone button to use your voice with the Cortana.
Maps: A map-based app for Windows 10 devices
You can use the directions in the app. You can type in the address or name of the place you want to go, or ask the question out loud. Maps is the app that will open the results on all Windows 10 devices.
Microsoft Voice Assistant
Microsoft's voice-controlled assistant, called "Corbana," is integrated into all Windows 10 operating systems, version 2004 and later, and the company's other products, as well. With the assistant enabled, you can open apps, fetch the news and weather, schedule calendar event reminders, locate a file in OneDrive, join meetings, or navigate through presentations in Teams. The Microsoft voice assistant can be used on any device, service, or program that you use with the Cortana.
With a focus on assisting you with Microsoft products, the assistant can work more like an actual assistant than ever before. Under the "Choose which apps can use voice activation" section, you can choose to let Cortana respond to the keyboard. When your device is locked, you can let Cortana work on voice command.
Seeing the Program in Windows 10 Taskbar
You might want to make it easy to see the program in the Windows 10 taskbar. To find the person, first open the start menu and look for him. Click on the app to find it.
Click on More and then select Pin to Taskbar from the sub-menu. You can set up voice activation if you want to use your voice to open the app. Click on the three dots at the top left of the app and select the settings you want.
Cortana: A Virtual Assistant for Windows Phones
Like Apple's digital assistant, Siri, Cortana responds to natural language and can perform a variety of organizational tasks for end users, including setting reminders, scheduling calendar events, calculating math problems, and converting measurements and money. On Windows phones, Cortana can answer questions, initiate phone calls, and read text messages. The search icon or the Cortana app can be used to launch the virtual assistant.
The user can simply say "Hey Cortana" to launch the program without touching the phone. The storage area called Notebook has a storage area called Cortana. The notebook logs users' interests, favorite places and information they want to keep track of, including their favorite sports teams and news.
Users can access the notebook by opening the Cortana. Users can turn off the program if they don't want to use it. The switch to turn off the virtual assistant was removed by Microsoft.

Outlook for productivity
On mobile, it is no longer a singular entity. It's not something you can download and use as a replacement for either of those. When you do a productivity-based task inside a Microsoft 365 app or service, you'll only be able to interact with Cortana.
