Time Travel and Communication
It is not certain if time travel can be done. The concept of forward time travel is well-known within the framework of special relativity and general relativity. Current technology is not able to make one body advance or delay more than a few milliseconds compared to another body.
It is possible to find solutions in general relativity that allow for time travel, such as a rotating black hole. Traveling to an arbitrary point in spacetime has very limited support in theoretical physics, and is usually connected only with quantum mechanics or wormholes. Modern theories do not allow for time travel or FTL communication because causality is preserved in quantum mechanics.
Godel's rotating universe
Kurt Godel, a friend of Einstein and a colleague at the Institute for Advanced Study, decided in 1949 to tackle a situation where the whole universe is rotating. If the universe were rotating, Godel's solutions allowed time travel. A rotating universe could be used as a time machine.
Time Travel and Strange Physics
There are some weird physics that arise around time travel. Time travel is still the domain of an ever-growing array of science fiction books, movies, television shows, comics, video games and more. Earth is closer to the center of a large mass than it is farther away.
The extra 45 microseconds on the gps satellite clock are added because the satellites are far away from the center of Earth. 38 microseconds is the added result from the negative 7 microseconds from the special relativity calculation. NASA says that General relativity could allow travelers to go back in time.

There is a warning. The area you will be able to use the time travel command changes in will be based on the amount of time you have traveled. You can always check the time travel.
When you can time travel, the command is always accessible even after you have traveled for the first time. Coins can't be given to users in either of the two times you travel, and neither can they receive them. You can't give coins to players in the same time zone as you can't give coins to players in the other time zone.
The stat buff will be lost when you time travel, but if you bought it from an event shop, it will stay even after the event is over. The player can time travel multiple times if they reach the required area. The maximum number of regular time travels is 25; however there is no cap once the player unlocks Super Time Travel.

Ron Mallet, an American physicist, has a proposal to use a rotating cylinder of light to twist spacetime. It is possible to drag anything dropped inside the cylinder around in space and time, like a bubble running around on top of your coffee.

Time Dilations and the Philadelphia Project
Traveling at a slower pace can cause a time dilation, which can cause the traveler to pass through time more slowly. The travelers final destination would be further into the future if the external time went much faster. Mass change in the future would be caused by certain events within the process, parallel universes and alternative history.
The Nazis and Americans used time travel during World War II. Time travel through space and time was part of the Philadelphia Project. There is no public knowledge of a time machine that has been successful.
The Arrow of Time
The satellites have higher altitudes and faster speeds that affect time dilation. There's a small part of time travel involved when you use the gps feature on your phone or car. You and the satellites are traveling in different directions.
It turns out that the only thing that distinguishes past and future is the way that the universe works. Time doesn't have a preferred direction in other branches of physics. No one knows where the arrow comes from.
Nebula and the MCU
The concern of the group is called Nebula. The idea of both versions being connected is logical, like taking a phone to the past and seeing which one gets calls and messages. It gets confusing when things are completed.
The only major branch left in the MCU is thanks to the Tesseract and a closed loop with the late Thanos. The implication is that the timelines of the MCU have held true for the past decade. No movies have been retconned or removed from continuity.
The MCU timeline isn't perfect. The Spider-Man: Homecoming claim that it's eight years later is the most well-known, but the movie has many other problems. The final moments of the movie seem to be intended to end all the temporal interference.
