Yin and Yang Yoga
The movement of yoga makes the muscles take the main load and stretch. The muscles are quick to warm up and stretch but also quick to cool down and rebound. If you don't practice a few days, you will see a decline in strength and flexibility.
Slow, soft, passive, and cold are what Yin refers to. It is associated with heavy and night. The other way around, it's referred to as yan, which means fast, hard, active, hot, masculine, light, and day.
All tissues can be worked out in either a Yin or a yang way according to Paul Grilley. In a Yin practice, what is unsafe in a yang practice might be safe. If you train the body in a way that is Yin, it will become longer and more elastic.
If you train it in a way that is positive, it will become stronger and shorter. Yin yoga is a slow and static exercise. Like running or weightlifting, yg yoga is repetitive.
The targeted muscles are relaxed in Yin Yoga. Yin yoga is not a yoga that is good for you. It is stretching the tissues.

Yin and Yang are both present in the human body, and their strength fades with the time of the day. When the sun is out, the sun is stronger and that makes the Yang stronger. The moon comes out to play at night, and Yin takes over.

The role of the immune system in SLE
The immune system can be affected by an external source of the immune system's own antigens. The treatment must be effective in stopping the infection. The underlying problem that caused the autoimmune disease to occur must be addressed by the treatment.
Not everyone with SLE has the same symptoms and signs as members of the same family who have been diagnosed with the disease. It seems that there are other causes of SLE, such as an attack by the six factors that cause different symptoms and signs. There is always a conflict between vital and pathogenic factors.
Conflict is related to the initial occurrence of a disease and affects the final outcome of the condition. It has some influence on the sthenic or asthenic transformation of the disease, meaning that the strength of vital Qi will influence an individual's healthy condition and can determine the gravity and progess of a disease. The way a disease progresses depends on the conflict between vital and pathogenic factors.
